早产儿血胃泌素\胃动素及胃酸动态监测胃肠功能障碍(1)

     [摘要] 目的 了解早产儿合并出现发胃肠功能障碍的临床特点, 观察血胃泌素,胃动素及胃酸动态的变化对早产儿消化运动功能的影响。 方法 对我院2009年1月-2011年4月入院的28例早产儿引起胃肠功能障碍的患儿及30例正常足月儿的临床资料进行了评估。应用放射免疫分析检测胃泌素、胃动素,胃液基础酸排量检测。监控第1,3,5,7天的胃泌素、胃动素、胃酸的变化。结果 第1,3,5,7天胃泌素下降,早产儿血清胃泌素、胃动素浓度明显低于正常足月儿,差异显著,有统计学意义(p<0.05),显示早产组基础酸排量第1d,3d,高于对照组(P<0.05),第5d、第7d则无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 早产儿的胃肠动力障碍与神经体液调节异常有关。对早产儿应警惕胃肠功能障碍,降低病死率。

Methods a total January 2009 - April 2011 hospital 28 cases of premature cause gastrointestinal dysfunction 30 cases of children and the clinical data of normal full term is evaluated. Monitor the first 1,3,5,7 days stomach secrete grain, stomach move element, stomach acid changes. Results the stomach secrete meal down 1,3,5,7 days, stomach secrete element, premature serum stomach move significantly below normal meal concentration to full term, a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05), shows the preterm group base acid displacement, 3d, 1d than in control group (p < 0.05), the first 5d, first is no significant difference in the 7d (p > 0.05). Conclusion the gastrointestinal dysfunction and premature humoral regulation about neural abnormal. Premature should be vigilant in gastrointestinal dysfunction, reduce mortality.
