【摘要】目的 探讨精神分裂症的临床治疗分析。方法应用阿立哌唑和氟哌啶醇临床治疗患者84例，阿立哌唑初始剂量为5mg/d，氟哌啶醇初始剂量为6mg/d，14天后调至治疗量并根据病情及副反应情况增减剂量，其中阿立哌唑10-20mg/d，氟哌啶醇14-30mg/d。结果阿立哌唑组总有效率64.3%，氟哌啶醇组总有效率45.2%，经统计学检验其差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)。结论 阿立哌唑治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效肯定，副反应低，有其临床优越性。
