痰热清注射液治疗肺结核临床观察

[摘要]目的 观察痰清注射液治疗肺结核的疗效,主要研究该药的抗感染和退热作用,并观察可能出现的不良反应。方法本试验采用随机对照法治疗肺结核，治疗组采用痰热清静脉滴注加抗痨方案，对照组只采用抗痨初治方案。结果痰热清注射液加抗痨初治药物临床疗效有效率84%，对患者的咳嗽、咳痰、发热有明显的改善。结论 痰热清注射液能改善肺结核的临床症状，是治疗肺结核的重要辅助药物。

Abstract：Objevtive To observe Tanreqing injection cure for tuberculosis curative effect, research the drug resistance to infection and antifebrile action, and observe possible adverse reactions.MethodBased on using randomized method to cure for tuberculosis, the treatment group using Tanreqing injection intravenous drip add anti-tuberculosis treatment plan, and the control group with only anti-tuberculosis early cure scheme.ResultClinical efficacy efficient of Tanreqing injection plus anti-tuberculosis early cure drug is 84,and cough sufferers sputum fever has improved remarkably.Conclusion Tanreqing injection can improve the clinical symptoms, is tuberculosis treatment important auxiliary drugs.
