[摘要]目的 比较阴道超声引导无痛人工流产和普通人工流产在临床中的差异。方法观察组：1300例在阴道超声引导下行无痛人工流产术。对照组：720例行普通人工流产术。分别观察两组的手术时间，手术中的出血量，手术中子宫穿孔及漏吸，手术后子宫内残留情况。结果观察组与对照组在手术时间,手术出血量，人流术并发症上有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论阴道超声引导下行无痛人工流产可直接准确吸出孕囊，术中出血量少，手术时间缩短，人工流产并发症少，成功率高。值得临床推广应用。
