[摘要]目的了解慢性精神分裂症患者的精神残疾情况及其相应的康复措施。方法：对58名住院慢性精神分裂症患者测试《住院慢性精神分裂症社会功能评定量表》(简称SSSI)、阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)及自编的相关因素调查表。结果：①58例患者中有各种不同程度精神残疾的共25例，残疾率为43.1﹪；②有无残疾发生的两组比较，在总病程、住院次数、文化程度、家庭经济水平、社会支持、自知力的恢复及药物治疗的种类、剂量、时间及副作用、精神病的阳性阴性症状和合并躯体疾病等方面有显著性差异。③二项Logistic 回归分析显示，精神分裂症患者出现精神残疾的相关影响因素依次为：阴性症状、合并躯体疾病、所使用的抗精神病药物的种类、社会支持、患者自知力的恢复及药物副作用。结论慢性精神分裂症患者的精神残疾发生频率高、影响因素多，临床需从多方面对精神分裂症患者的精神残疾进行预防和治疗。

Mental Disability and Related Factors of the Chronic schizophrenic inpatients
Abstract:Objective: To explore the mental disability and influenced factors of the Chronic schizophrenic inpatients.Method: 58 schizophrenic inpatients were tested with the Scale of Social Skills of Chronic Schizophrenic Inpatients(SSSI). The Positive Syndrome Scale (SAPS), Negative Syndrome Scale (SANS), Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) and the self-made questionnaire for relevant factors of mental disability were also administrated at the same time. Result: ①The incidence of mental disability in chronic schizophrenic inpatients was 43.1%. ②There were significant differences between the two groups with or without mental disability in the following: total disease course , times of hospitalization, degree of education, family economic level, social-family supports, the recovery of insight, times of having drugs, drug types and doses, drug side-effects, the positive and negative symptoms, somatic complication. ③The binary logistic analysis showed that the factors influencing the mental disability were the negative symptoms, somatic complication , types of antipsychiatric drug, social-family supports, the recovery of insight and the drug side-effects in turn.Conclusion:The incidence of mental disability in chronic schizophrenic inpatients is high and the number of the influencing factors is great, it is suggested that we should pay more attention to the prevention and therapy of mental disability in chronic schizophrenic inpatients during the clinical work .
