[摘要]目的 研究延胡索总生物碱的提取工艺。方法 采用正交设计法,以延胡索总生物碱和延胡索乙素为检测指标,采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定含量。结果 最佳提取工艺为:60%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h,溶剂用量8倍。结论 优选的延胡索总生物碱提取工艺简便,适合工业化生产。

Optimization of Extraction Process of total Alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo by Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the extraction process of total alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo. Methods: The extraction process of total alkaloids from Corydalis yanhusuo was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment with the contents of total alkaloids and tetrahydropalmatine as the index which were determined by UV and HPLC. Results: to investigate the effects of extraction time, concentration alcohol, extraction times and solvent volume on the extraction of the total alkaloids of yanhusuo: The optimal extraction process was: adding 8 times of 60% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 3 times, 1.5 h per time. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process of Corydalis yanhusuo is simple, and practical for industrial production.
