360度评估在医院年度考核中的应用与思考

     [摘要]360度评估又称多源评估或全方位评估,具有全方位、基于胜任特征、以促进发展为主要目的等特点。在医院全员年度考核中,主要运用了360度评估的理念进行操作,并针对其存在的局限性,根据实际采取了应对措施,提高了考核质量,收到了较好的效果。

    Abstract: 360-degree assessment is also known as multi-source assessment or full assessment, with the comprehensive and competency-based characters .with . the main purpose to promote the development and so on. In the fulll annual examination of the hospital, we use the concept of 360-degree assessment to operate, and take measures for the limitations to improve the quality of assessment according to the fact. so we received good results.
