【摘要】目的 研究食蛙堂软胶囊的抗氧化作用。方法 食蛙堂软胶囊以250mg/kg.BW、750mg/kg.BW、1500mg/kg.BW三个剂量组给予老龄雌性大鼠,另设一个老龄对照组,连续灌胃30天,测定老龄大鼠血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力以及脂质过氧化物的降解产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 受试物对动物体重无明显影响(p>0.05);三个剂量组的MDA含量均显著降低(p<0.01),中高剂量组的GSH-PX活力均显著升高(p<0.05, p<0.01),对SOD的活力无明显影响。结论 食蛙堂软胶囊具有抗氧化作用。

    Antioxidation Effect of Shiwatang Capsule on Old Female Rats

    【Abstract】[Objective]The study aim to investigate the antioxidation effect of Shiwatang capsule.[Methods]Old female rats were recruited to continuous lavage for 30 days at the dosage of 250mg/kg.BW、750mg/kg.BW、1500mg/kg.BW.Simultaneously,the control group were dosed through mouth with vegetable oil only. After 30 days, the content of serum MDA、action of GSH-Px and SOD were detected.[Results] No evident findings about rat weights were observed(p>0.05).No significant difference was found between the experiment group and the control group about the activation of SOD(P>0.05). The MDA contents declined in 3 exposure groups(p<0.01). The GSH-PX activation increased in middle and high groups(p<0.05, p<0.01). [Conclusion]The Shiwatang capsule has the effect of antioxidation. ......
