【摘要】目的：探讨外科手术中HIV/AIDS病毒医源性感染的预防与控制措施，降低医源性感染率。方法：分析2005-2008年13例HIV/AIDS感染者外科手术治疗中的医院感染预防与控制的防护措施。结果：手术操作的医护人员HIV/AIDS职业暴露的发生率为0，HIV医源性感染率为0。结论：遵循标准性预防原则，自觉落实预防医院感染的各项消毒隔离和防护措施，是减少医源性感染HIV的有效方法。
