    【摘要】目的：探讨城市女职工生殖道感染现状及其相关因素。方法：选择辖区内城市女职工3568例进行了问卷调查、妇科检查和实验室检查。结果：辖区内女职工的生殖感染检出率为38.07%，生殖道感染与年龄、职业、人工流产史等有关。结论：对女职工加大卫生、保健、避孕等宣传，定期进行普查普治，可降低生殖道感染率，促进生殖健康。
