1982例孕妇产前TORCH筛查分析

     【摘要】 目的 对1982例在我院进行产前检查的孕妇进行TORCH筛查情况分析。方法 郑州安图绿科生物工程有限公司生产的酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测。结果 1982例血清标本检测TORCH的特异性抗体IgM抗体，总阳性率为3.02%，阳性率最高的为CMV IgM，阳性率最低为RV IgM。结论 本地区TORCH感染率较高，要加强孕妇的TORCH检查，减少宫内感染的发生，提高优生优育。
