老年急性缺血性脑卒中早期治疗的临床特点分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨老年急性缺血性脑卒中早期治疗的临床疗效及安全。方法 选取我院2012年1月——2013年1月收治的82例老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者，随机分为溶栓组和对照组，每组各41例。按评分标准，分别于治疗前及治疗后6h，24h，3d，7d及14d记录患者神经功能评分。结果 溶栓组神经功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)；治疗组临床疗效显著，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Rt-PA治疗急性缺血性脑卒中以超早期(3h)使用效果最佳。
