云南白药、胰岛素混合外敷治疗糖尿病足部溃疡临床观察

【摘要】 目的 观察云南白药、胰岛素混合外敷治疗糖尿病足部溃疡的临床疗效。方法 60例糖尿病足患者分为两组，治疗组30例给予云南白药、胰岛素混合外敷溃疡局部，每日1-2次，2周1疗程，观察2个疗程；对照组30例予贝复济外敷溃疡局部，每日1-2次，2周1疗程，观察2个疗程。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为93.3%。对照组治疗总有效率为83.3%，两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 云南白药、胰岛素混合外敷治疗糖尿病足部溃疡有效。
