【摘要】 目的 探讨老年妇女子宫脱垂手术治疗后的临床效果。方法 随机选取我院2008年1月至2011年10月期间收治的100例老年妇女子宫脱垂手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 全部病例除2例外均获随访，时间1个月——2年。4例子宫脱垂Ⅰ度患者经过内科治疗后症状改善。96例手术患者术中经过均顺利，术后切口甲级愈合，临床不适症状消失。15例手术患者术后发生感染及尿路感染，对症治疗后，症状消失。结论 经阴道全子宫切除术及阴道前后壁修补术具有安全、恢复快、出血少、手术时间短的特点，符合腹壁无瘢痕手术理念，是值得重视的微创手术方法之一。
