GM试验和G试验在肺侵袭性曲霉菌感染检查中的临床价值分析

     【摘要】 目的 分析GM试验和G试验在肺侵袭性曲霉菌感染检查中的临床价值。方法 选取我院收治的疑似肺曲霉菌感染患者49例，对其痰液、肺泡灌洗液以及静脉血展开培养、G试验、GM试验，分析实验结果。结果 本组49例患者经痰液与肺泡灌洗液培养均发现丝状菌生长，G试验阳性者44例，GM试验者41例。结论 G试验与GM试验的操作简单、报告迅速，在临床肺曲霉菌感染诊断中发挥了重要作用，值得关注。
