应用贝伐单抗治疗卵巢癌26例临床分析

     【摘要】 目的 探讨贝伐单抗(BEV)治疗卵巢癌的疗效、不良反应。方法 回顾性分析治疗26例复发性卵巢癌的有效率及不良反应。给予患者BEV15mg/kg，每三周一次，治疗2个周期后评价疗效和毒性。结果 26例卵巢癌均为难治性患者，BEV治疗的中位周期数为4个。总有效率达76.9%。总的3-4级不良反应为30.8%。结论 BEV治疗卵巢癌有效率更高，不良反应小，并且安全，将成为卵巢癌的治疗选择之一。
