深圳市光明新区大运场馆病媒生物监测结果分析

     【摘 要】目的:开展深圳市光明新区大运场馆及其周边区域病媒生物密度及季节消长情况监测,为2011年深圳大运会期间病媒生物防制提供科学依据。方法:采用诱蚊灯法监测成蚊密度,诱蚊诱卵器法监测白纹伊蚊诱蚊诱卵器指数,笼诱法监测蝇密度,粘捕法监测蜚蠊密度,夹夜法监测鼠密度。结果:通过监测发现,深圳市光明新区大运场馆及周边成蚊的密度为10.54只/灯,优势种为致倦库蚊,占总捕获量的74.89%;白纹伊蚊诱蚊诱卵器指数为17.99;蝇类的监测密度为2.44只/笼,优势种为家蝇,占总捕获量的59.65%;蜚蠊类的监测密度为1.01只/张夜,优势种为德国小蠊,占总捕获量的96.83%;鼠类密度为2.56%,优势种为褐家鼠,占总捕获量的52.78%。结论:除蚊、蝇密度监测水平略低于或者低于市平均水平外,其他几类监测指标均远远高于市平均水平,说明光明新区病媒生物的密度还处在较高的水平,因此对病媒生物的控制工作仍不能松懈,应进一步加强环境治理和病媒生物控制工作。

    【Abstract】Objective:To know about the density and seasonal fluctuation of main vectors by successive monitoring from June 2010 to June 2011 in Shenzhen Guangming Universiade venues, and to provide the scientific basis for the main vectors control. Methods:The light□trapping and cage□trapping were conducted to monitor the density of mosquitoes and flies respectively, as well as the mosq-ovitrap for Mosq-oviptrap Positive Index, the night trapping and cockroach paste for rats and cockroaches. Results:The average density of mosquitos in Shenzhen Guangming Universiade venues was 10.54(/light),of which, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the dominant species of mosquito, accounting for 74.89% of the caught mosquitoes. The average Mosq-oviptrap Positive Index was 6.68. Flies density index was 2.44(/cage), the dominant species was Musca domestica, according for 59.65% of the caught flies. The density of cockroaches was 1.01(/nights·pages), and the dominant specie was Blattella germanica(96.83%). There were 36 rats caught and the density was 2.65%.Of which, Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species(52.78%). Conclusion:The three monitoring indexes, except mosquito and fly density in Shenzhen Guangming Universiade venues, were all significantly higher than the average degree in Shenzhen, which indicated that the vectors density in Guangming Universiade venues was still at a high level, further surveillance and monitoring would be necessary. ......
