子宫全切术病人的术前心理状况调查及干预

【摘 要】目的：调查子宫全切手术患者的心理状况以及干预的效果。方法：研究对象分为对照组和干预组，采取状态-特质焦虑量表和焦虑自评量表对两组患者于入院时和手术前及出院时进行测评，将所得结果进行前后比较，数据处理采用配对t检验。干预组采用支持性心理治疗。结果：入院时病人存在明显的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等负性情绪，经过干预后负性情绪明显下降。结论：妇科医护工作者应重视子宫全切术患者所存在的不良心理状态，积极进行心理干预能有效改善其情绪，有利于手术顺利进行和术后康复。
