     【摘 要】目的：探讨阿托伐他汀干预对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白Hs-CRP水平的影响。方法：80例ACS患者随机均分为常规对照组和阿托伐他汀治疗组，除常规治疗外给予阿托伐他汀20mg/d。治疗前及治疗后4周取外周血，测定血浆Hs-CRP的浓度。结果：在治疗前，阿托伐他汀治疗组与常规对照组相比Hs-CRP水平无明显差异；在治疗4周后，阿托伐他汀治疗组与治疗前相比血浆Hs-CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.01)；而常规对照组在治疗前后Hs-CRP水平无明显变化。结论：阿托伐他汀能够降低血浆Hs-CRP水平，在ACS的治疗中具有重要临床应用价值。
