【摘 要】目的：探讨预防门诊换药室交叉感染的措施；方法：分析导致门诊换药患者感染的几大因素和目前换药室控制感染的基本方法。结论：加强换药室卫生环境检测、医护人员严格遵守无菌技术操作、患者按照医生规定换药等均能有效避免门诊换药室的交叉感染。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the prevention of cross-infection measures in outpatient dressing room. Methods: the analysis resulted in clinic medicine changing patients infected with several major factors and the dressing room infection control method. Conclusion: strengthening the dressing room health environment detection, medical staff strict aseptic technique operation, patients according to the doctor prescribed change dressings can effectively avoid the cross infection of the outpatient dressing room
