孕妇妊娠晚期血凝状态研究分析

【摘 要】目的：探讨妊娠晚期(孕28～40周)孕妇PT、FIB、APTT、TT、DD等凝血指标与正常育龄未孕女性的区别。方法 用SYSMEX1500全自动血凝分析仪分别检测160例正常育龄未孕女性和160例妊娠晚期女性PT、FIB、APTT、TT、DD。结果：两组人群血凝指标中PT、FIB、APTT、DD结果有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结论：与正常育龄未孕女性相比，晚期妊娠孕妇处于动态平衡的高凝状态，联合检测血凝指标PT、FIB、APTT、TT、DD,可及时了解孕妇凝血功能，提示临床及时采取有效的预防、治疗措施[1]。
