综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的护理效果

【摘 要】目的：探讨综合护理在糖尿病(DM)患者中的应用效果。方法：将DM患者400例随机分成实验组和对照组，实验组220例患者给予系统的DM综合护理，对照组90例患者按医嘱给予常规的治疗及护理，比较两组患者对DM的适应程度以及血糖控制率。结果：实验组对DM的适应程度和血糖控制率优于对照组，显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：对DM患者进行全面系统的综合护理，有助于病情的控制，提高DM患者生活质量。
