综上所述，瑞舒伐他汀能有效调整血脂和提高血清镁水平，减轻血管炎性反应，阻断缺血缺氧的恶性循环, 减轻脑缺血及减少神经细胞坏死，其疗效显著，安全性好，值得推广运用。
