【摘 要】目的：对矽肺患者的胸部X线片以及CT影像资料的特点进行分析探讨，为今后的临床诊断提供依据。方法：随机抽取在2010年3月-2012年3月间疾病控制中心筛查的12例矽肺患者患者病例作为研究对象。对其胸部X线片以及CT影像资料展开回顾性分析。结果：本次研究的12例患者中表现为弥漫性小结节者11例，表现出大阴影者6例，表现为肺气肿者10例。结论：对于矽肺患者患者的临床诊断，将临床病史与相关影像资料进行结合能够获得准确率较高的诊断结果。
