妊娠高血压疾病385例临床探讨

     【摘 要】目的：探讨妊娠高血压疾病对母婴预后的影响，从而降低母儿死亡率。方法：分析在我院2003年2月～2012年5月分娩的385例妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇资料，观察发病率，并探讨合并症对其影响。结果：妊娠高血压疾病容易发生各种并发症，且合并各种内、外科疾病比无合并症的孕产妇，发病率高2倍多。结论：妊娠高血压疾病发病越早，对母儿危害越大，病情越重，为保障母婴安全，应全面考虑母儿情况，适时终止妊娠。
