【摘 要】目的：探讨总结规范手术室工作人员的各种操作在预防与控制手术部位感染的重要性，方法：回顾性分析医院自2008年10月—2011年10月，临床科室发生的142例手术切口感染患者，从手术室环境准备、手术物品备用、手术室活动控制、合适的手术人员着装、严格的外科手消毒及合理的抗菌素的预防应用等几方面对比发生手术切口感染的相关因素，结果142例手术切口感染患者中手术难度较大持续时间较长参观人员较多，感染率占66%；手术室流动人员较多和不必要的交谈、备皮时间距手术时间较长、手术技巧、不恰当预防应用抗生素以及违反着装规定(戴项链，穿毛衣等)、低体温及麻醉影响等其它因素占34% 。

    结论通过加强手术室管理、规范手术室工作人员操作，有效降低手术部位感染率
