【摘 要】目的：讨论子宫脱垂及阴道前后壁膨出患者经阴式子宫切除及修补前后壁的手术治疗途径，方法：选择子宫脱垂及前后壁膨出的患者，在充分术前准备后经阴式切除子宫并修补阴道前后壁。结果：26例手术均取得满意效果，术后恢复快，无尿潴留，平均7(住院天数5—9天)天出院。结论：阴式子宫切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、伤口疼痛轻，且住院时间短、腹部无瘫痕、并发症少等优点
