【摘 要】目的：探讨喉淀粉样变性临床特点，以提高诊断和治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析2000-2008年收治的13例喉淀粉样变性患者的临床资料。结果：13例患者中行支撑喉显微镜下切除7例，喉裂开切除4例，喉气管裂开切除2例。后6例术后辅以激素治疗，随诊2-5年无复发。 结论：喉淀粉样变性的早期诊断和彻底切除是预防复发的关键。

    Clinical analysis of 13 Primary Amyloidosis cases.

    【Abstract】Objective：By investigating the clinical features of amyloidosis of the larynx,we can enhance our ability of diagnosis and treatment. Method：The clinical data of 13 cases from 2000 to 2008 with amyloidosis of the larynx were analyzed retrospectively. Result：Among 13 cases of patients suffering from laryngeal amyloidosis,7cases operated by self-retaining larygomicroscope,4cases by laryngofissure,2cases by laryngotracheofissure.The later 6 cases received the treatment including hormonal therapy after operation.All of these patients were not found reation with a follow up of 2～5 years. Conclusion：The key to reduce the recurrence of this disease is pristine diagnosis and thorough eccope. ......
