环磷腺苷葡胺治疗冠心病的临床研究

【摘 要】目的：观察环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗冠心病(CHD)的临床疗效评估，并探讨其作用机制。方法：将60例CHD患者随机分为两组，对照组采用西药常规西药治疗：如给予阿司匹林、ACEI或ARB、β-受体阻断剂、他汀类等；治疗组在上述西药治疗的基础上给予环磷腺苷葡胺注射液，观察两组临床疗效。 结果：冠心病在应用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗2周后，治疗组症状明显缓解，未发现药物不良反应。结论：环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗冠心病安全有效。

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the effects of Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate injection on Coronary Heart Disease and detect its mechanism.
