【摘 要】胰腺癌是胰腺恶性肿瘤中最常见的一种，约占全身各种癌肿的1%-4%，上消化道恶性肿瘤的的8%-10%[1]。发病率近年来明显上升，恶性程度高，发展快，预后极差，临床上主要表现为腹痛、食欲不振、消瘦和黄疸等，发病年龄以45-65岁最多见，男女比例为1.58:1.

    【Abstract】 pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor of the pancreas is one of the most common forms of cancer, approximately composes the whole body1%-4%, malignant tumors of upper digestive tract8%-10%[1].
