     【摘 要】目的：探讨D-二聚体定量检测在妊娠分娩中的临床价值。 方法：使用NycoCard金标法对分娩孕妇血浆中纤维蛋白降解产物D-二聚体进行检测。 结果：共有211例孕妇参加检测，182例孕妇的D-二聚体检测值<0.3mg/L,29例孕妇血浆中D-二聚体检测值>0.3mg/L。结论：D-二聚体检测可作为排除孕妇发生深部静脉栓塞与弥漫性血管内凝血的筛选试验，可在临床诊断中推广应用。
