【摘 要】目的：探索与讨论脑钠肽对急诊呼吸困难诊断的临床价值。方法： 选取150例急诊呼吸困难患者，将其分为非心源性呼吸困难组与心源性呼吸困难组。对两组患者脑钠肽表达水平进行测量与分析。结果： 心源性呼吸困难患者血清中脑钠肽水平明显高于非心源性患者。结论： 选取脑钠肽表达水平检测来判定呼吸困难患者的发病原因有其显著的临床诊断价值。

    【Abstract】Objective：Exploration and discussion of the clinical value of brain natriuretic peptide in the emergency diagnosis of dyspnea. Methods：Selected 150 cases of emergency dyspnea， will be divided into non-cardiac dyspnea group with cardiac dyspnea group. The expression levels of brain natriuretic peptide measurement and analysis of the two groups of patients. Results：Dyspnea in patients with cardiogenic brain natriuretic peptide levels in significantly higher than the non-cardiac patients. Conclusion：Select the expression levels of brain natriuretic peptide detection to determine the etiology of dyspnea in patients with its significant diagnostic value.
