【摘 要】目的：探讨颞浅动脉颅内帖服术防治缺血性脑血管病患者的效果。方法：3例缺血性脑血管病患者采用颞浅动脉颅内帖服术治疗。结果：术后半年复查脑血管造影，颅内侧枝循环广泛建立。患者肢体无力及癫痫等症状明显改善。结论：颞浅动脉颅内帖服术防治缺血性脑血管病患者效果明显。
