【摘 要】目的：探讨减少静脉输液时护士手部细菌污染的方法，提高护士手消毒的效果。方法：让30名护士依次在三种不同的管理监督条件下进行静脉输液操作，在操作过程中研究者对护士的手部进行现场采样，并将采样进行细菌菌落数培养。结果：三种工作条件各进行30次采样，【关键词】静脉输液；护士；手卫生；细菌菌落
