生活饮用水中氨氮检测方法的改进

     【摘 要】目的：改进生活饮用水中氨氮的检测方法 。方法：样品中加入酚盐-柠檬酸盐溶液后立即加入含氯缓冲溶液，混匀后静置90min，630nm波长下比色定量。结果：经改进的方法检测生活饮用水中氨氮的加标回收率为92.1% ，相对标准偏差为4.3%。 结论：本改进方法操作简单快速，具有较好的准确度和灵敏度，适用于生活饮用中氨氮的检测分析 。
