【摘 要】目的：对蔗糖铁注射液治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血的临床疗效以及安全性进行研究。方法：资料随机选取2013年1月～2014年1月在我院接受血液透析后肾性贫血的患者68例，分为两组，给予对照组患者右旋糖酐铁治疗，研究组则采用蔗糖铁注射液进行治疗，并对两组治疗的疗效及安全性等进行回顾性的分析。结果：经治疗后，研究组患者的清铁、血清铁蛋白、转铁饱和度以及总铁结合力都优于对照组清铁、血清铁蛋白、转铁饱和度以及总铁结合力，比较有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用蔗糖铁注射液治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血患者的临床效果较为确切，值得在临床上推广应用。
