【摘 要】目的：探讨民间应用菜籽油治疗疾病的方法与疗效，认识菜籽油的药用价值。方法：回顾性调查分析菜籽油对尿布皮炎、Ⅰ。烧伤、便秘、大便失禁与肛周湿疹糜烂等疾病的治疗方法与疗效。结果：菜籽油在上述疾病的治疗过程中其疗效优于常用药，特别在治疗皮肤炎症方面其疗效尤为突出。结论：菜籽油具有药用开发价值。

【ABSTRACT】Objective：Investigated the rapeseed oil applied in folk medical practice treated diseases method and efficacy， to studied the rapeseed oil medical value. Methods：surveyed and analysised the rapeseed oil treated method and efficacy for diaper dermatitis、Ⅰ。burn 、fecal incontinence and crissum eczema.
