【摘 要】目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎并明显胸椎后凸畸形患者并发颈椎骨折病人行颅骨牵引术等非手术治疗后的护理要点和方法。方法：本组3例均为强直性脊柱炎并发颈椎骨折合并颈脊髓损伤患者，对患者施以心理、皮肤、肢体、牵引针道等有针对性的护理对策。结果：经过有针对性护理，减少了牵引治疗后的并发症发生，取得了满意的临床效果。结论：有针对性的重点护理结合基础护理可明显提高强直性脊柱炎并发明显胸椎后凸畸形颈椎骨折病人的生活质量，降低脊髓损伤后各系统并发症的发生。
