【摘 要】血管外科患者疼痛护理是临床医学领域一项重要的新兴课题，在部分发达国家，疼痛已经列入护理教育的课程，并将疼痛控制的满意程度作为医疗护理质量管理的重要标准之一。疼痛属于一种不愉快的生理体验，它广泛出现于各种疾病的病程中。疼痛不仅给患者躯体带来不适，而且对精神、心理、体质等方面也会产生不同程度的影响，直接影响患者的生活和生存质量。因此，对术后疼痛的评估和控制至关重要。
