【摘 要】等级医院评审工作，重视内涵建设，科技创新，服务设施功能完善，关注患者安全，服务质量及持续改进。我们根据卫生部评审标准制定了护理评审内容及评审方法，分析其基本内容和对医院门诊的影响，学习更新观念，完善管理体系建设，改进优化服务流程，建立良性工作机制，提高了患者满意度，从而促进医院发展。
