中药熏洗对三踝骨折术后疼痛的影响

【摘 要】目的：探讨中药熏蒸对三踝骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法：将50例下肢骨折患者随机分为观察组25例，对照组25例，对照组采用常规骨科术后康复方法，观察组在对照组基础上增加中药熏蒸，比较两组患者术后3个月疼痛。结果：熏洗组无痛率明显高于对照组，疼痛评分均值明显低于对照组；差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： 中药熏蒸可以改善三踝骨折术后疼痛，能促进术后康复，临床上值得推广。
