倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压的效果及分析

【摘 要】目的：观察倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压病的临床疗效。方法：对34例中青年高血压患者应用倍他洛克，应用非倍他洛克34例的治疗过程，随访1年，治疗前后，血压，心率变化。结果：联合倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压疗效优于未联合倍他洛克，而且副作用少、耐受性好。结论：联合应用倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压降压达标率高、副作用少、药种类少、药量低，降低心脑血管疾病有重要意义。

【Abstract】Objective：To observation the treatment using metoprolol for hypertension of middle-aged people and youth. Method：34 examples using metoprolol for hypertension middle-aged people and youth and 34 examples of control group to the previous cases. And the all cases were followed 1 year， observed the variable of blood pressure and heart rate. Results： The treatment using metoprolol were superior to the control group， with fewer side effects and well tolerated. Conclusion：The treatment that using metoprolol for hypertension of middle-aged people and youth were high compliance rate、fewer side effects、fewer drug species and low dosage， have a significance to reduce the cardiovascular disease ......
