【摘 要】目的：了解南京市民营医院洁净手术室的空气质量，预防与控制医院内感染的发生。方法：按照GB 50333-2002《医手术部建筑技术规范》进行监测和评价。结果：2010～2012年共检测南京市民营医院洁净洁净手术室30间(次)，洁净手术室总合格率为80%，其中2010年为70%，2011年为80%，2011年为90%。沉降菌菌落数3年合格率分别为79.4 %、82.4 %、83.3%。结论：洁净手术室存在医院感染危害因素，应加强监测和管理，重视后期维护保养。
