糖尿病患者认知与遵医行为相关因素调查分析

【摘 要】目的：探究糖尿病患者认知与遵医行为的实际情况以及相关因素，为临床护理、临床治疗及健康宣教提供可靠依据，提高患者的治疗效果。方法：选择2011年10月～2013年10月在我院接受治疗的160例糖尿病患者作为研究对象，对这些患者实施问卷调查，根据问卷调查结果分析相关因素。结果：糖尿病患者认和遵医嘱行为得分最高的是定期检测血糖，糖尿病患者认和遵医嘱行为得分最低的是定期随访。糖尿病患者认和遵医嘱行为同患者的家庭支持、职业类型、经济收入、文化程度、家庭来源、性别呈相关性。结论：医务人员加强对患者的定期随访和健康教育，有利于提高患者的认知和遵医嘱行为，使患者的血糖水平得到有效的控制。
