【摘 要】目的：了解持续质量改进在护理质量管理中的具体实践应用效果 方法：在护理质量管理中合理的利用持续性质量改进措施，主要通过评价的标准、方式以及对评价过程的监控、意见反馈和措施改进，以及建立安全保障设施的5个主要环节，对持续质量改进后措施的实施在护理质量管理过程中，各项指标的达标情况进行观察、分析。结果：根据对持续质量改进前后的护理质量各项指标进行对比、分析，能够有效得出实施持续质量改进措施在护理质量管理中，有着至关重要的推动影响意义。结论：持续质量改进是加强护理质量管理的最有效措施之一。
