【摘 要】目的：探讨喉罩作为产科全麻气管插管失败后气道管理补救方案的安全性与有效性。方法：回顾性分析我院行气管插管失败后改插喉罩的3例剖宫产手术资料，分析从产妇麻醉开始到手术开始时间，术中生命体征，失血量，麻醉相关并发症，以及胎儿娩出后第1min，5min和第10min的Apgar评分。结果：3例产妇生命体征基本平稳，麻醉效果好，无麻醉并发症。新生儿第1min，5min和第10min的Apgar评分均大于8分。结论：喉罩是行剖宫产全身麻醉气管插管失败时安全有效的补救措施，值得推广。
