【摘 要】目的：了解计生服务站与妇幼保健站合并模式，对计划生育和妇幼保健工作的积极作用，为今后资源整合，构建妇幼健康服务新体系提供依据。方法：采取对霍山县计生妇幼保健总站合并23年来工作实践进行回顾性分析。结果：通过分析认为二站合并，一站服务，取长避短，优势互补，能极大提高工作效率。结论：合并模式，能够实现资源整合、技术提升、服务优质、效率增强，确实提高了我县妇女儿童健康水平。
