【摘 要】目的：观察理血升板汤联合强的松治疗特发性白小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法：治疗组60例用理血升板汤联合强的松治疗，对照组20例用强的松治疗，服药6个月。结果：总有效率治疗组为85%，对照组为70%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)，结论：理血升板汤联合强的松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效满意。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the treatment of blood or plate decoction combined with prednisone on idiopathic white platelets reduced clinical efficacy of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
