经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石50例临床分析

【摘 要】目的：探讨经皮肾镜取石术对治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2012年6月至2013年3月连续入组的100例复杂性肾结石患者的一般资料。随机将100例患者分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采用开放性肾窦内肾盂或肾实质切开取石术进行治疗，研究组经皮肾镜取石进行治疗，比较两组患者手术情况。结果：研究组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间、结石清除情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：经皮肾镜取石术是一种创伤性小、结石清除率较高且安全的手术方法，患者术后恢复较快。
