【摘 要】目的：探讨注射用卡络磺钠用于异常子宫出血宫腔镜检查中减少出血的临床疗效。方法：随机将100例异常子宫出血宫腔镜检查患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组术前半小时静脉注射用卡络磺钠80mg，对照组不用止血剂。结果：观察组子宫出血量及手术时间均明显少于对照组，两者相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：注射用卡络磺钠用于异常子宫出血宫腔镜检查的术前用药止血效果佳，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
